The Room Where It Happens | Book world you would put yourself in
I want to be in the room where it happens, the room where it happens
Harry freakin' Potter, of course. Without question and without hesitation. I mean, never mind the fact that it's MAGIC and WHIMSICAL and the CANDIES SOUND DELICIOUS (priorities). In the Wizarding World, apparently, you stop learning math at the age of eleven. Best world ever (priorities).
The Schuyler Sisters | Underrated Female Character
You want a revolution, I want a revelation – so listen to my declaration
Ooo, tough category, since the vast majority of female characters are underrated, because lol laydeez. Quintana, Phaedra, Anne Elliot, Blue Sargent, Lola Nolan, Kami Glass, Cress, I could do this forever
My Shot | A character that goes after what they want and doesn’t let anything stop them
Hey yo, I’m just like my country I’m young, scrappy and hungry and I’m not throwing away my shot!
Kaz Brekker, my delightfully twisted Dirtyhands, this applies to you, in both the best and worst ways
Stay Alive | A character you wish was still alive
Save your strength and stay alive…
First off, this category is absolutely RUDE, ANGIE, HOW DARE YOU, and I'm going to be hopelessly unoriginal and say Fred Weasley because OH MY GOD HONESTLY
Burn | The most heartbreaking end to a relationship you’ve ever read
The world has no right to my heart/the world has no place in our bed/they don’t get to know what I said

Going to copy Angie's answer here and say the break up in Crown of Midnight is absolutely h o r r i b l e
You’ll Be Back | Sassiest villain
’cause when push comes to shove/ I will kill your friends and family to remind you of my love
Oo, this is tricky. Most villains I can think of off the top of my head are lacking in sass, but I say we should bring the sassy villain back into vogue. There are a lot of sassy Lynburns in Unspoken, Untold, and Unmade, so I suppose that counts
The Reynolds Pamphlet | A book with a twist that you didn’t see coming
You could never be satisfied/God, I hope you’re satisfied
I honestly thought I was going to THROW UP when Illuminae blindsided me with a certain thing so that is my answer
Non-stop | A series you marathoned
Why do you write like you’re running out of time? Write day and night like you’re running out of time?

Sweet Lafayette above, I have marathoned a fair few epic series in my day. Under the Never Sky, the Seven Realms, Froi/Quintana. But I might have to put the Percy Jackson series binge as my most epic, because I read all five of them in probably about as many days and honestly I don't think I did anything those five days besides live in that world entirely? Second place is DEFINITELY Vampire Academy because dear Adrian Ivashkov, was that an epic binge of mondo proportions
Satisfied | Favorite book with multiple POVs
You strike me as a woman who has never been satisfied
I’m sure I don’t know what you mean. You forget yourself
You’re like me. I’m never satisfied
I was going to go with a book that had multiple first person POVs and then I thought of the Raven Cycle and I had to give it top honors, because this ensemble of characters is just SO GOOD and their voices are all SO BRILLIANT AND DISTINCT EVEN IN THIRD PERSOn and I love them all so much and I worry about them like they're my babies and and and *devolves into emotional blubbery nonsense*
Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story | A book/series you feel like will be remembered throughout history
But when you’re gone, who remembers your name? Who keeps your flame?
Well. Harry Potter, of course. NOTHING BEATS HARRY POTTER. I know everyone insists on calling us millennials, or whatever, or Generation...whichever I am? How old am I? Stay on target--but we are the Harry Potter generation. I quite literally grew up with Harry, from aged six to sixteen, and though I don't think there will ever be anything quite like it, I sincerely hope there is, because it was pure MAGIC.
Helpless | A relationship you were pulling for from the very start
Look into your eyes and the sky’s the limit/I’m helpless
lol this is me in like every book I read but for LITERAL points I'm going to go with Cath and Levi from Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, since I was pulling for them from line one ("There was a boy in her room") and that's as "from the very start" as you can get

Ten Duel Commandments | Favorite fight scene
Time to get some pistols and the doctor on site
lol this is also me in every book I read but we'll go with the one that most recently floored me, which is Truthwitch because that end is BANANAS
Say No To This | Guilty pleasure read
Lord, show me how to say no to this, I don’t know how to say no to this
Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined is the shit and I will fight anyone who argues COME AT ME BRO THAT BOOK WAS A GIFT
What Comes Next | A series you wish had more books
You’re on your own
Awesome! Wow!
Do you have a clue what happens now?
Okay I'm NOT going to say Harry Potter again, no I'm not, I shan't I shan't I shan't. Oo, Tortall! GIVE ME MORE TORTALL BOOKS, TAMORA. PLEASES AND THANK YOU. (I know you're working on it already but a girl gets greedy)
Right Hand Man | Favorite BROTP
Here comes the General and his right hand man
There are SO MANY CHOICES HERE but I'm going to go with Cinder and Thorne because my god do I live for non-romantic boy/girl besties

What’d I Miss | A book or series you were late to reading
I’ve been in Paris meeting lots of different ladies…I guess I basically missed the late eighties
Well, I was definitely late to Percy Jackson, but I was also suuuuuper late to Vampire Academy, so late that the whole series was already out...plus five out of six of the Bloodlines books. Oh, was THAT ever a binge read.

FRED WEASLEY NEVER FORGET NEVER FORGIVE
Never have you so tempted me to read the Lynburn books and I even own 2 out of the 3.
WORST. FUCKING. TWIST. EVER.
I need to reread Fangirl ASAP. I miss Cath and Levi so. freaking. much.
THEY CAN ALSO COME AT ME BECAUSE LIFE AND DEATH IS THE MOST WONDERFUL THING STEPHANIE MEYER'S HAS EVER GIVEN US
YES. NEED MORE TORTALL.
CINDER AND THORNE ARE AMAZING AND I CAN FINALLY KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT WHEN YOU USE THE LUNAR CHRONICLES IN ONE OF THESE THINGS YAY.
I love Hamilton! This is such a good idea for a tag :)
