Since we did most anticipated sequels a couple weeks ago, this time around, I'm just going to list the NON-sequels of 2014 I'm really looking forward. 1. Ooh, yes - ON THE FENCE and TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE are on my list too! I've read TSARINA, SEKRET, and WE WERE LIARS, and loved all three of them. BEING SLOANE JACOBS was cute, and I've had DEFY on my nightstand for months and seriously need to read it one of these days!

  2. Ooh, non-sequels! That's a good idea! I decided to skip this week, since it would essentially be the 2014 sequel post all over again. But maybe now I can throw something together before bed...maybe.

I definitely have my eye on A Mad, Wicked Folly!

  3. I just finished Being Sloane Jacobs. It's so good. I can't wait to go out and buy a physical copy. I pretty much love your list, I want To All The Boys I've Loved Before, On The Fence, and What I Thought was true so much. I'd practically do anything to get them.

  4. I've actually never heard of The All the Boys I've Loved Before, before this Top Ten Tuesday, but it's on a million lists, so I think I must be missing out!

  6. ALL OF THE BOOKS. ALL OF THEM.

After going through a few different lists tonight, I have really high hopes that 2014 is going to be an AWESOME year for books. I am so excited about so many titles - I just hope I can find the time to fit them all in!

  8. I hadn't heard of THE NETHERGRIM, but it looks intriguing! And DEATH SWORN and THE WINNER'S CURSE, of course. I can see that 2014 is going to be a great (and expensive!) reading year. Yessssss!

    Thanks for sharing your list!

  9. I will proceed by listing all of the ones that I have ARCs of, because, you know, that's how we roll. Also, you should know how busy I am and that I have auto approval for things and stuff.

ON THE FENCE WILL GIVE ME ALL THE FEELS. Kasie West and Miranda Kenneally are like my go-tos for wonderful realistic banter. I've not read any Jenny Han, but I want to love her stuff. And Manor of Secrets. Katherine Longshore and Downton Abbey era? UMMMM YES PLEASE.

Is the Winner's Curse the only one of these you've read? If not, tell me which ones so I can be watching out for them because I mostly trust you about these things.

  23. These lists this week have me so darn excited for 2014 and ugh your list is so gooooood. I could basically go on forever about why I adore each of your choices but then we'd be here all day and that would be a little ridiculous. BUT, Prisoner of Night and Fog. I so hope you love(d) that because I AM SO DARN JEALOUS. GIL, I FEEL LIKE THAT BOOK WAS MADE FOR ME.
Love them all, my dear. Love them all.

  24. So many books to add to wishlist.
Prisoner of Night and Fog and Sekret are high on my wishlist due to the subject matter. Hope they are good.
